On September 20, 2024, the "Seeing the World from a Child's Height" - Xiong'an Children-Friendly Park Creative Collection Review and Award Ceremony was successfully held at the Xiong'an Wilderness Park. The event aimed to collect outstanding creative ideas from all over the country to promote the construction of a children-friendly city with high quality, to create a children-friendly demonstration point with high standards, and to actively explore the "Xiong'an Path" for children-friendly construction.
The Xiong'an New Area is committed to building a modern city that is green, ecological, smart, innovative, and suitable for living and working, with the construction of a children-friendly city being one of the important goals in its development. "Seeing the World from a Child's Height" is not only a change in perspective but also an integration of concepts. It requires us to start from the children's point of view, pay attention to their needs and feelings, and create a safe, healthy, and happy growth space for them.
Since the event announcement in June 2024, it has seen an enthusiastic response, attracting nearly 1,000 participants nationwide who submitted 173 creative proposals. Out of these, 37 teams presented their final reports, including 19 student teams, 10 professional teams, and 8 specialized units. The judging panel evaluated the entries based on drawing clarity, theme relevance, creativity, proposal depth, and presentation quality. After a competitive review, they awarded the top three prizes in each category and honorable mentions. The most popular award was chosen through votes from the Xiong'an New Area's construction participants.
The Jego Group's design team won the second prize in the special category for their plan. They aim to create "child-friendly happiness scenes" that are safe and engaging, with designs like "Qi Yu Adventure Park" and "Dian Ying Flying Bird Park" that blend local culture and children's playful curiosity.
Jego Group has made significant achievements in the field of parent-child amusement parks. Their parent-child park brand "Jego TOO" always takes the "scientific play, family care, service innovation, overall safety, family social" as the core of the parent-child five-dimensional approach. It is user-oriented, focusing on the experience of parents and children, and controls from four aspects: product, scale, format, and layout. It carefully plans and creates a children's full-industry ecosystem consisting of industrial functions such as "clothing," "food," "housing," "transportation," "entertainment," and "shopping." With its multi-format and diversified characteristic operation services, it is well-loved by citizens and tourists.
This year, Jego Group has made various exploratory attempts in the implementation and iterative upgrade of high-quality parent-child IP theme parks in China. In the first half of 2024, five Jego TOO parent-child theme parks with different themes and IP linkages were successively opened. They achieved upgrades from unpowered equipment to IP introduction, spatial scenes, and activity operations, ushering in the 4.0 new era of parent-child theme parks.
